EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise in new resellable condition with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 30 days from the arrival date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping, processing, and restocking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

I know that cropped tops are "in" right now so I was excited to see/notice that this one was a "normal" length. It is not a normal length but not a crop top either--split the difference and that's the length. If you wear high-waisted pants regularly this will work for you. But if you're a long-torsoed person, know that it will not go much further below your belly button. I am tempted to return it because of this, but the quality and softness is amazing.

I bought these tanks because I love the material of the Eve tank, and the website said these would be even longer in length (I have a long torso so longer tanks are usually harder to come by). So, I bought one in every color. Come to get them and see every single tank is a different length (even though they are all Medium)! Would love to have them all in the right length/size, but customer service said that they can range up to 2.5” different than the posted length. I hope that they can provide some consistency in their clothes, at the very least within the same size and style garment. I kept the blue one because it was actually the detailed length specified on the website.

The Brooklyn Tank is my only Sozy item whose quality is okay but not amazing. With careful hand washing, there are still loose threads on the very inner layer that are slowly unraveling with time. Just not as high quality as everything else I’ve gotten from Sozy.
The fit is very flattering and the material is wonderfully comfortable. I wear this over a bra or on its own as the double layer allows for that.
