When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. If your order contains Pre-order items, please check the Estimated Ship Date located on the product listing. The Estimated Ship Date is located under the Add To Cart button. If your order contains in stock items and Pre-order items, the in stock items will ship first (within 1-2 business days), Pre-order items will ship together once the last Pre-order item arrives. Estimated Ship Dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

If your order contains a Brand's We Love item, please refer to the product's listing for processing and shipping time. Brand's We Love items are shipped seprately directly from the Brand's We Love partners and are subject to different processing/ shipping times.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is FREE on orders of $125+. Orders under $125 (after all discounts have been applied) will be charged $8 shipping.

Express Shipping is $25 and can be selected at checkout.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Our shared warehouse processes orders very quickly, so usually, we cannot edit or cancel orders, but please email us at info@livesozy.com and we'll do our best to make it happen! Please note, if your order is fulfilled or partially fulfilled it can no longer be edited or canceled.

Orders placed outside the Sozy site cannot be modified.

Why does my tracking number show no movement?

Typically when this happens, it means your package has not been scanned at some point along its journey. If your order shows no movement after 14 business days please reach out to us at info@livesozy.com

What is Pre-order?

Pre-order is an item that is currently in production. You can find the Estimated Ship Date of an item tagged Pre-order on the product listing under the Add To Cart button. Estimated Ship Dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

What size should I buy?

All products feature the model measurements for reference as well as well as our sizing chart here: Sizing If you're still unsure email us at info@livesozy.com so we can help! :)

Can I use more than one Discount code?

No. Our backend will only allow one discount code to be used per order.

I forgot to apply a gift card or discount to my order.

Please email us at info@livesozy.com and we can manually apply your gift card or valid discount code. Only orders placed on our website can be edited. If any items in your order have been fulfilled, the order can no longer be modified.

What is the Sozy Pre-Loved Shop?

Sozy Pre-Loved is the dedicated peer-to-peer site for buying and selling pre-loved Sozy products from other customers, ambassadors, Sozy staff, models, and/or our founder! The platform allows you to sell your Sozies for cash or Sozy gift card (available to use only on the Sozy store, not the Pre-Loved Shop). OR buy sold-out, discounted, new, or OG Sozy favorites from your Sozy fam! Sozy Pre-Loved

Why is my discount code not working on the Pre-Loved Shop?

The Pre-loved Sozy shop is a separate peer-to-peer sale platform. Sozy sale discounts are only available for use on the Sozy store.

When will my Exchange/ Return be processed?

All items confirmed in your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) are processed within 14 business days of your return package being marked delivered. Exchange orders are confirmed after your return package is processed. If your exchange item/s is Out Of Stock, your return will automatically be processed for Store Credit.

Can I return/exchange a Final Sale item?

No, Final Sales styles are not available for return, exchange, store credit, refund, and/or replacement. Some Final Sale items are sold at cost or below cost and are available as is.

Why don't you carry more sizes?

Most of our new arrivals will come in sizes S - L initially. The reason behind this is because we need to meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) per style which is 200 for size runs of S - L and 400+ for XS - XL.😱 At our current size, we can only afford to release new styles in the limited size run option until we know the popularity of the style. Once we know it is popular, we then have enough budget and are able to order in higher volume to meet the MOQ of extended sizing of XS - XL. The more sizes you add to a style the higher the MOQ on each manufacturing run. If you look at our best sellers section most of our styles are available in the extended sizing. As soon as we are big enough and can meet the MOQ on all our new arrivals the plan is never to carry anything that isn’t available in extended sizing, but we have to get a LOT bigger before we can do that!
