Our Exchange & Return Policy
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or defective merchandise with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 30 days from the arrival date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange. All redeemed rewards points are final. Redeemed rewards points are not added back to your account when making a return or exchange.
(Please Note: Pilling after the 30-day return window is due to incorrect washing or handling and will not be accepted for return. Centralized pilling is due to direct rubbing/friction with another surface and will not be treated as defective. Please contact support with any questions on the best wash/care instructions for your styles.)
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
