Returns/Exchange Terms & Conditions
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, replacement, or refund. Final Sale items are available "as is". If a Final Sale item is returned, it will not be processed for refund or store credit.

For damage confirmation, a photo of the item/s, a photo of the damaged area/s, and a photo of the inner care label are required. Items confirmed damaged by the Sozy production team MUST be returned with the return reason "Damaged" along with a brief description.
Please note, damaged items returned without prior Sozy team confirmation, without being marked "Damaged", and without a brief description of the damage, will not be processed as normal. Your return is subject to a 30% cleaning and donation fee if not properly reported and damage confirmed by the Sozy production team.
Any items returned NOT in new resellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged) are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, store credit, or replacement. IF your return is processed a 30% cleaning and donation fee will be deducted from each item/s refund that is deemed unsellable by our warehouse team.
Unsellable items (items ineligible for return/exchange/ refund/ store credit) include but are not limited to stains, smells, snags, loose threads, unraveling seams, hole/s, rips, pet hair, debris, removed hanger strings, and/or missing tags. Unsellable items are deemed by the Returns Team at their own discretion.
Customers who return unsellable items will be blocked from returning/exchanging Sozy orders in the future. All future orders will be Final Sale.
If any additional items not listed on the return confirmation are returned in the package, they will not be processed for refund, store credit, or exchange.
RTS (Return To Sender) packages will be processed as normal return for refund. If your package contains Final Sale or Brand's We Love items, they will be processed for store credit.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
