Returns/Exchange Terms & Conditions

Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, replacement, or refund. If a Final Sale item is returned, it will not be processed for refund or store credit. All redeemed rewards points are final. Redeemed rewards points are not added back to your account when making a return or exchange.

Orders or items that arrive damaged must be reported to info@livesozy.com within 48hrs from the arrival date. Reported damaged items must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Worn/washed/altered items are NOT eligible for refund or store credit; if the item/s is returned, your return will not be processed.

For damage confirmation, a photo of the item/s, a photo of the damaged area/s, and a photo of the inner care label are required. Items confirmed damaged by the Sozy team MUST be returned with the return reason "Damaged" along with a brief description.

Please note, damaged items returned without prior Sozy team confirmation, without being marked "Damaged", or without a brief description of the damage, will not be processed as normal. Your return is subject to a 20% cleaning and donation fee if not properly reported.


Any items returned NOT in new resellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged) are not eligible for a full refund. A 20% cleaning and donation fee will be deducted from each item/s refund that is deemed unsellable by our warehouse team. If you are contacted regarding an unsellable return and do not respond, your return will automatically be processed as store credit. 

Unsellable items (items ineligible for return/exchange/ refund/ store credit) include but are not limited to stains, smells, snags, loose threads, unraveling seams, hole/s, rips, pet hair, debris, removed hanger strings, and/or missing tags.

Customers who return 2 or more unsellable items will be blocked from returning/exchanging Sozy orders in the future. All future orders will be Final Sale.

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
