EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise in new resellable condition with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 30 days from the arrival date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping, processing, and restocking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

This dress has such a flattering silhouette! I have it in several prints/colors and I'm not even a spaghetti strap fan but I love this dress. My husband is a big fan of it on me as well, he said it really compliments my figure ☺️❤️ Pardon my video, I need to steam it to get the wrinkles out but I wanted to show y'all how it looks!

The straps aren't adjustable, the fabric feels fine but it is definitely very thin. The expanding patch on the back creates a shelf of fabric above it, so it looks a little weird. The dress looks best under a sweater, which is crazy considering the price. I don't think it's worth the price at all.
Went by the measurements and got a large, originally, but it gave me severe pancake boob so I went up a size to fix that. Turns out I just don't really like the dress at all, but I threw out the bag for returning already. 🤷♀️

Thanks so much for your review and feedback! I'm so sorry the Ada dress wasn't as expected, and you're right as mentioned in the product description the Ada Dress straps are non-adjustable.
For reference in pricing, all our products are handmade in the USA, 10% of profits support survivors of sexual violence, 1 tree is planted with every order, 1/4 pound of plastic is removed from the ocean with every order, we’re carbon neutral, and b corp certified. 🙏
It looks like your exchange order is still within the return window. As long as the item is in brand new condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged) you may return for a refund or store credit. You do not need the original bag to be able to return. 😊
