EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise in new resellable condition with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 30 days from the arrival date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping, processing, and restocking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

I feel so beautiful in this dress, I love how confident I feel. However the material is very thin. That doesn’t bother me, but the dress had a few loose threads when it first arrived. I decided to look past it because of how beautiful it is. But as I’ve worn it a few times (I’ve yet to wash it) it has developed many more loose threads. I worry what it will look like in a few more wears as I’ve only worn it 4 times so far. For a dress this expensive, it should be a little more durable. It’s a shame, because I would probably buy 3 more, I just feel like I’d be wasting my money on a product that I can’t wear more than a few times. Beautiful dress though

I just wore the Black Bouquet last night (I also own the Purple Floral Combo) to a concert. It's a great dress to dress up or down. I've worn it with both flats and heels. It's super comfortable and light, which has been great with how hot it's been this summer. I have both a large (black bouquet) and x-large (purple floral combo). I lost some weight, so the large fits better, but the XL also still fits (isn't too large).
