EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise in new resellable condition with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 30 days from the arrival date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping, processing, and restocking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Beautiful dress ! Unfortunately, the Small is to big for me @ the chest and waist. The shoulder straps slide off. I did order the cute cover-up to wear on top of the dress however, I would like to wear the dress in the summer without the cover-up too(:

Fabric is beautiful but the fit/cut is awful - too big and also gaps out weirdly around upper body and underarms. Makes me wonder if anyone actually tried on the clothes when they were designed. I am 5’5, 125 lbs, 30C, and bought a size small.

I love this brown floral print and the tencel in the warmer weather. It's like you're wearing nothing! I wore mine to a wedding with a brown belt and cowboy boots, and it was perfect! I will say these tencel ada dresses are gappy by the armpits (more room). I dont mind it, but if you like a tighter fit, just note this!

Big fan of this dress! It's lightweight, but also sturdy. I just wore it when meeting a friend for dinner on a patio when it was almost 90° out and it was the perfect choice! I mostly wear size large (from Express, for comparison), but order XL from Sozy in dresses and skirts. I will add that I bought them when I was 5'8" & 216...I've recently lost 16 lobs and they still fit great! My only suggestion for future iterations is that adjustable straps would be great. I frequently have issues with dresses that don't have adjustable straps (short shoulders, lol?) and need them shortened, and this was no exception. Thankfully that's an easy fix!

This fabric is beautiful but different than others I have bought from Sozy, it’s not as stretchy and fits a little differently (bigger) so keep that in mind. I love it! The length hits just above my knees and I’m 5’4, dress is XS.

Shein quiality for an absurd price. Runs large and loose, fabric underside is white, very cheap looking.
