We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise in new resellable condition with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 30 days from the arrival date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping, processing, and restocking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Love this

Like with all the items I have ordered from Sony thus far, the Sarah dress is well made, soft, comfortable and so stylish. I have the short sleeve Sarah dress as well…just as lovely. As a Transgender woman it is hard to find quality clothing that fits well and looks good. Sozy hits the mark and I love your products!

I'm always skeptical of buying clothes online, but I was so pleasantly surprised when I received this dress. It fits so nicely and the fabric is soft and stretchy. Sexy and comfortable. Will definitely purchase from Sozy again. If you're hesitant like I was, just do it, you won't be disappointed.
