EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise in new resellable condition with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 30 days from the arrival date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping, processing, and restocking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

I love this dress and viewed it for weeks before deciding I must have it. I was so disappointed when I put it on. The arm openings and top are loose and wavy. I tried with and without a bra and the situation did not improve. My friend, who is an excellent seamstress, sewed darts under the arms which actually helped a bit, but as you can see from the photos it is still unacceptable. I later read a review from another unhappy customer who had the same problem with this fit.
