Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air or DHL Express depending on the size and weight of the package to home addresses, business addresses and P.O. Boxes.

The USPS, UPS and DHL have delayed packages beyond the estimated delivery date from time to time. If you are concerned about this issue, please contact us directly to purchase a more secure and reliable shipping option. After the package is delivered to your doorstep, Korissa is not responsible for what happens to it from that point forward. If you would like to set up signature confirmation, you may do that yourself after receiving the tracking information.

Returns

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective merchandise for exchange or store credit only within 30 days from the shipping date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your store credit for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. Absolutely love my tote

This tote is so adorable! It is so convenient, in NJ bags are banned so we have to bring our own bags everywhere we shop so this is perfect for little things like farmers market and boutiques. I absolutely love it 🧡 The only picture I have my ferret decided to photobomb it 🥰
