Needs adjustable straps (& a clearer return policy)
I have shopped Sozy for years and always been satisfied with my purchases. I currently live on a military base overseas, but all mail in and out uses the USPS, so I've always been assured that I could return an item if necessary. (Return policy states: "Items purchased outside of the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues," indicating that items in the US or military addresses *are* eligible.) That's one of the things I always look at before purchasing from any online store. I took a chance on this top, and unfortunately the straps were way too long for my 5'2 frame. I attempted to use the returns portal and it didn't recognize my zip code. My interactions with customer service were disappointing, with them stating: "items purchased using a military address are not eligible for returns," and that I could pay to return the item myself, but I would still have the return fee deducted on top. Then I was told: " kindly let us know how our return policy should be updated," as if it was my job to word their policies after the fact. There was absolutely no goodwill gesture offered and I am no longer willing to take a risk on new designs.

Thanks so much for your feedback and I'm so sorry for the confusion. We're unsure on how to make our return policy more clear as mentioned "Items purchased outside of the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.".
The reason is that our return portal does not recognize overseas or military addresses and therefore cannot make a return shipping label.
Specifically, military addresses run through an internal military postal distribution system, so our automated portal cannot accurately determine how to generate a return shipping label because our system does not know specifically where the military service member is deployed. Lastly, we're also unable to cover or estimate customs costs for overseas or military addresses as mentioned on our return policy.
