*Wholesale orders are final (unavailable for refund, store credit, or replacement). Any unwanted/damaged items can be sold in our Pre-Loved Shop for cash or Sozy store credit. If any items are Returned to Sender, they will be processed as store credit, less 20% restocking fee.
We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or missing after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
