Returns

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective merchandise for exchange or store credit only within 30 days from the shipping date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your store credit for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. Color

I am going to give this product a 1 star because I have tried to reach out to Sozy in many ways to request information about my return and refund and there has not been no response. It’s been over 2 weeks. I didn’t have this problem when I made multiple exchanges tho. When it comes to paying their customers back they are crickets.
