We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise in new resellable condition with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 30 days from the arrival date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping, processing, and restocking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Not as soft as I was expecting

This fits well and looks good, but the fabric was much stiffer and heavier than I was expecting. I had anticipated the fabric being more like the Cassidy Maxi Skirt and it is definitely not as soft as that. I will be keeping it because I like the fit and it's still a nice dress, but wish it was softer!
