We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise in new resellable condition with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 30 days from the arrival date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping, processing, and restocking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Super comfy, but...

This dress is exactly as advertised and is super comfy! The fabric is warm but not super heavy making it perfect for those chilly days. The only thing I was not a fan of was the neck area. It is a little tight around the neck (also tight getting your head through). It isn't suffocating, but you can feel pressure around your neck while wearing it. I think it would be perfect if it were made to be at least 5mm larger around the neck. Other than that, I am very happy with this purchase and can't wait for the colder weather!

I love the color and the fabric is nice. Cozy for the winter but not too heavy. The fit was perfect, however, I am only giving this dress 4 stars because the neck was a little tight. It is still wearable but it would be more comfortable if the neck opening was a little wider.
