You will receive shipping information with your tracking number once it’s shipped. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air or DHL Express depending on the size and weight of the package to home addresses, business addresses and P.O. Boxes.

The USPS, UPS and DHL have delayed packages beyond the estimated delivery date from time to time. If you are concerned about this issue, please contact us directly to purchase a more secure and reliable shipping option. After the package is delivered to your doorstep, Korissa is not responsible for what happens to it from that point forward. If you would like to set up signature confirmation, you may do that yourself after receiving the tracking information.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return or exchange your undamaged, unwashed, unworn item(s) with the original receipt for a prompt refund and exchange.

Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). Any item(s) sent back after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We guarantee the products you purchase from us are high-quality handmade products. In case of any damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 7 business days of receipt of the package. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so.
