SHIPPING TIMES & CARRIER:
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Pre-order items will ship together once all Pre-order items are in stock. Orders ship via USPS or FEDEX. Transit times vary between 2-5 business.
Sozy is not responsible for delays during transit, packages damaged, lost, stolen, or missing after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Orders with a total over $400 will have Signature Required applied for free, for your order's protection. Shipping insurance is available at additional cost and upon request prior to your order being shipped.
Packages that arrive to us as “Return To Sender” will be processed as a return for refund (store credit for Brands We Love items and Final Sale items) and deducted $7 for processing. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. RTS packages with 3+ styles will be deducted an additional 10% processing fee.
INTERNATIONAL & CANADIAN SHIPPING
Orders from outside the United States typically take 1-2 week delivery. Shipping times are not certain due to the many variables involved in international shipping. Delivery times are not guaranteed and we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping.
A note to international customers: We cannot know each county's import duties and customs rules. Additional duties and value-added taxes are not likely, but may be required and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
International orders are ineligible for free shipping and are final sale.
