Our Return Policy

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.


How to make an easy exchange:

Ordered the wrong size or color? If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, or even want to exchange for a new product altogether, you will not be charged any shipping costs for the exchange. However, unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us.

  1. Place a new order for the exchange items.
  2. Contact us HERE with:
    • Your Original order number
    • Items you wish to return
    • New Order Number associated with your exchange order. (so we can refund your shipping costs on the new order) Please include the reason for return.
  3. We'll send a confirmation email including a shipping label and Return Authorization Label.
  4. Affix label and include Return Authorization Label barcode inside the return package. 
  5. Mail return package using our pre-paid USPS label* (if applicable) or shipping method of your choice.

How to make an easy return

  1. Contact us with:
    • Your Original order number
    • Items you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  2. We will take care of the paperwork for you and get the forms emailed over to you
  3. Send the item(s) back to us using any trackable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange.

Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the original purchase.
We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 28 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. 
We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

We'll happily provide a full refund or exchange within 30 days for your first pair of undies. No questions asked! Please submit a request to start the process.

Please note: The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to your first single pair (1) of undies.

Order a pack or multiple items in your first order?

No problem as long as you try on just one! That first one is yours to try on, sleep in, wear, do whatever you want to see if it's right for you and then keep it regardless. We'll grant a refund or exchange for your first single pair (1) without needing to send it back. The remaining items in your order may be returned to us as long as they are not tried on, worn, washed, or opened. These are not covered by the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. 

Still confused?

Say you ordered a 5-pack, tried on one pair, and realized you need a different size. Keep the one you tried on under our guarantee and reach out to us for an exchange. We'll take back the other four (as long as they are not tried on, worn, washed, or opened) and send five new ones in the size you need. Easy, right?

In addition, international shipping & customs fees will not be refunded under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
