SHIPPING:

Our items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. If for any reason your item is delayed or out of stock, we will email you on the buyer email. If you'd wish to cancel or alter your order, simply contact us at info@31bits.com and we'll be happy to assist.

RETURNS:

We accept returns within 60 days of the original purchase date. We can refund your order in full or offer you store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are non-returnable.

SHIPPING:

All orders placed before 10:00 am Central Time will normally ship the same day, except during store sale events when it may take 5-7 business days. Any order placed after that time will ship with the next day’s orders. We do not ship on National Holidays, or weekends, so if you place an order on a holiday or after 10 am on Friday, it will be shipped the following Business day.

RETURNS:

Arvo does accept customer returns of items from orders placed at arvowear.com if the customer is not completely satisfied with the purchase. Please note that the item must be COMPLETELY NEW, meaning it has not been worn at all. Returns address: 110 E Front St. BSMT, Sikeston MO 63801

SHIPPING:

All orders placed with Aerangis will ship with in 1-3 business days. UPS is our courier of choice, and delivery with ground shipping takes 2-7 days within the US. Aerangis is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provide us with the wrong shipping address, we are not liable to provide a refund or replacement of the products purchased.

RETURNS:

At Aerangis, all our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace, or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Aerangis within 7 days of delivery. You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. SHIPPING:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to the West Coast.

RETURNS:

SHIPPING:

Orders placed with Cle Cosmetics will generally ship within 1-3 business days.
If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled - due to stock, payment or otherwise - we will contact you via email.

Cle Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased.

RETURNS:

You can start your return process through our RETURNS page. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Item(s) eligible for a return must be within 30 days of receiving the products.

Please note: CLE is not responsible for any lost packages or untraceable return shipments.

Once you fill out the return you will receive an email with a shipping label. Refunds are issued within 2 to 7 business days of receiving the return.

Circular Bodies

RETURNS

Due to the size of their business, they are unable to accept returns at this time. However, if you have any issues with your product, please email them at hello@circularbodies.com, and they will figure something out on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days of being placed. Because they make everything by hand, they can’t guarantee next day delivery, but they work as fast and mindfully as they can :)

Circular Bodies ships in recycled boxes with recycled paper filling and biodegradable paper tape (only ship plastic-free!). Your order is also shipped via USPS 2-day priority, and they offset the carbon of every shipment.

EIR NYC

SHIPPING:

We usually ship within 48 hours (excluding major holidays). Average delivery is in 5-8 business days.

RETURNS:

Return requests should be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. After 14 days, please contact us to discuss the specifics of the issue. To complete your return, simply provide your receipt of purchase from Eir NYC and ship the unused portion back to us at 5 Mott Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06850. As long as the product is in its original packaging and does not show more than 14 days of use, we will provide a full refund once the return is received.

KORISSA

SHIPPING:

Once we receive your order, we are on it right away! It may take up to 48 business hours to process before shipping.


You will receive shipping information with your tracking number once it’s shipped. After the package is delivered to your doorstep, Korissa is not responsible for what happens to it from that point forward.

RETURNS:

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return or exchange your undamaged, unwashed, unworn item(s) with the original receipt for a prompt refund and exchange.
Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). Any item(s) sent back after 14 days cannot be accepted.


Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in new condition.


We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.


After receipt of your return, refunds will be issued in the same form of the initial payment for the cost of the product, plus taxes. Please allow up to 7 business days for this request to be processed. Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return.

Kyrgies

SHIPPING:

We ship each pair of Kyrgies individually in an envelope made of partially recycled materials. Most shipments are sent via UPS First Class Mail.

Orders are typically shipped one to two business days after the order has been placed. From time to time, we may get backed up a day or two. Please note that all of our orders are packed and sent by real people in a small warehouse in Northern Virginia.

RETURNS:

The simplest and easiest way to conduct a return or exchange is to visit our return page.

We are happy to exchange your unworn slippers for a different size or color. If you would simply like to return your unworn slippers for a refund, this is the place for that as well. Please note that it is our store policy to only exchange or refund products that were purchased within 60 days of the return.

RETURNS:

Nomadic Home Co Candles are hand crafted every week to maintain quality and consistency. All orders ship within 3-5 business days. If a cancellation is necessary for any reason, we will contact you via email. If there is an order you wish to cancel, please contact us at info@nomadichomeco.com.

Nomadic Home Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS:

If the scent wasn't the favorite, we accept returns on candles that have not been lit or used in any way. Returns must be made within 15 days of the delivery date. For returns, a shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from the order. Final sale, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Öko Living

SHIPPING:

Ships within 1-2 business days. Shipping is 100% plastic free and compostable.

RETURNS:

This mat will most likely be different than any you have ever used. We encourage you to try it at home in a clean and pet-free room first to make sure you enjoy it.

We offer a full refund for items returned within 30 days from the shipment date in its original condition (excluding shipping costs). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged with all original items attached to be eligible for a refund.

Raum Goods

We accept returns on all products that are unworn and unaltered within 30 days of purchase. A $5.95 fee will be withheld from your refund to cover shipping and restocking costs per shoe. We recommend trying on your shoes indoors and walking very slow on flat carpet to ensure the bottoms do not get damaged when testing the fit.

Please send an email to info@raumgoods.com referencing your order number for a return label. All exchanges are free of charge.

SHIPPING:

Rosy Lana orders ship within 1-2 business days. We do our best to ship as soon as possible. Rosy Lana is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at shipping@rosylana.com so we can help you file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

Please contact us at return@rosylana.com to claim the return and receive the return shipping label. Returns are free, please state the reason for your return to help us improve our operations.

SHIPPING:

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3-4 business days. We do our best to ship out the same day of receiving your order.

RETURNS:

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us. We allow returns and exchanges within 15 days. We offer free exchanges except for hard-marked discounted items. Hard-marked discount items are eligible for store credit only. For returns, we charge an $8 restocking fee.

We will accept a return or exchange on Solanas that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damage, including packaging. All exchanges are considered final sale.

To begin your return process, please email care@wearesolana.com. Include name and order number. We will reply with a return label immediately.

SLATE + SALT

SHIPPING:

All items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our location in Miami FL. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

Business days are Monday to Friday, and may be subject to public holidays.

We use USPS and UPS Standard Shipping. Please allow 3-6 business days from the date the package was shipped for delivery. Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer.

RETURNS:

Our return policy lasts 14 days from purchase date. Return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund and buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please email info@slateandsalt.com with your order number to begin the process.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue a refund.

SHIPPING:

Processing time for orders will be 1-3 business days.

RETURNS:

We have implemented a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy, valid for 60 days after the original date of purchase!
