All Mystery Bags are pre-picked and pre-packed by our team but they are not intentionally styled outfits. Mystery Bags are not customizable. We try our best to pick unique items in each bag, but we cannot guarantee there won't be duplicates in multiple Mystery Bag orders. We also cannot guarantee there won't be duplicate styles in different colors in the same bag. Mystery bags are not eligible for additional discounts.

If any items are not love at first sight, you may sell them for cash or a Sozy store gift card on our Pre-Loved Shop! | Please note all Mystery Bags are Final Sale (not eligible for return or exchange). No order changes or cancellations.

Mystery Bag styles must be inspected for defects and reported to customer support within 5 days of arrival to be eligible for store credit. Pictures of the item, defect, main label, and inner care label must be provided to customer support for store credit eligibility. Damaged items must be unworn, unwashed, and all labels must still be attached. Defects reported after 5 days from arrival are not eligible for store credit. Store credit will be provided in the following values after proof of donation.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $7 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.
